You may not make commercial use of the Site, any Content, or anything that you obtain from this Site.  Only Certified Users are allowed to aggregate or collect Content from this Site.

Content from Human Insight may not be used to construct any kind of on-line or computer database and it may not be published in any form. You may not collect, transfer or transmit Content derived from the Human Insight database or any other Content from this Site. Human Insight may make changes to this Site, to Human Insight ‘s database, or to any Content at any time and without notice. Human Insight  reserves the right to withdraw or delete Content at any time.

GENERAL

The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Human Insight and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Human Insight. The failure of Human Insight to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. The Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Human Insight shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Human Insight agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alameda and San Francisco Counties, California. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Framing and other Technology Restrictions

Our express written permission is required before embedding Human Insight pages in “frames” running from other sites. For further information please read our copyright and license document. You also may not, without our prior written permission, “mirror” any content or Content contained on this Site on any other server. You may not use the terms “Human Insight”, “AEM-Cube®”, or any other Human Insight trademark in any metatag, unless we have permitted you to do so in writing. Email addresses are provided solely for user queries relating to Human Insight. Capture of Human Insight email for use with unsolicited email is not permitted.

Additional Terms Applicable to Developers
